Staff were amazing, both at the reception and in the restaurant, providing excellent service. The hotel's location was perfect for my travel purpose, with close proximity to the train station and bus stop for the airport. They even had Sky Sports showing the football match I wanted to watch, which was a pleasant surprise. The food in the restaurant was good and there was a generous continental breakfast offered. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and some travel essentials provided. The hotel provided great value for the money, with additional perks like free gated parking and a welcome drink upon arrival.

As a backpacker, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, right across from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a shiny new feel to it. The room was constantly 28 degrees. It was too hot in the room. The air con did not cool the room, it was unpleasant and definantly not 4 star.

I really liked Grand Hotel Lamezia, the rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean and it looks like it has been refurnished. It is convenient as it is right opposite Lamezia Central Station and there are taxi's or a shuttle bus that can take you to Lamezia airport. Overall it was a nice stay but I would only use it for convenience sakes.

It was frustrating that the staff could not speak any English or much English. It would be a good idea to have some form of a communication tool (maybe basic words and pictures like breakfast in English and then in Italian next to each other, time of breakfast etc...) so we can understand each other better. I was looking forward to the big buffet breakfast and was really disappointed as all I got was one croissant.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location right across from the train station. The staff at Grand Hotel Lamezia were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself had a shiny new feeling and was impeccably clean. I enjoyed having a cafe onsite and the generous continental breakfast provided. The free gated parking was a bonus, especially as I had rented a car from a nearby Avis. The main Queen size bed was fairly comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The bathroom was a good size and even included some travel essentials for guests, which was a nice touch. a great experience at Grand Hotel Lamezia.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lamezia Terme and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, right across from the train station, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff at the Grand Hotel Lamezia were very helpful and polite, and I appreciated their assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful environment. The highlight for me was definitely the delicious Italian breakfast, especially the real espresso. Additionally, the hotel offers a large free parking area and fast WiFi, both of which were convenient amenities during my stay.

Location to the airport

Hotel is very tired and run down. Telephone and air conditioning did not work. Shower was inadequate. Bed uncomfortable. Floor uneven. Unable to purchase wine or any other beverage after 10 pm in the evening.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room at Grand Hotel Lamezia. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near the train station made it convenient for transfers to the airport. The staff, although not explicitly mentioned, were friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel for attending a summit, as it provides modern conference rooms suitable for a maximum of 250 guests. The event facilities were well-equipped and sufficient for our needs.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.
